Measure your wall

Portrait24 × 36 in · 61 × 91.4 cm

The same 84 in (213.4 cm) sofa. Illustrative botanical sample; paper dimensions, without a frame.

Fixed portrait example: 24 × 36 in · 61 × 91.4 cm

  1. Measure the wall and furniture

Note the clear wall space and the width of your sofa or console. Allow for outlets, lamps, and shelves.

  2. Try the outline

Mark the paper dimensions with removable tape suitable for your wall. Step back to your usual viewing spot.

  3. Leave room for the frame

These are paper dimensions. A frame or mat adds to the finished size. Leave breathing room between pieces.

How to choose

Above a sofa

Aim for artwork that spans about one-half to two-thirds of the sofa width. Larger single prints usually feel more intentional than several tiny pieces.

Gallery walls

Mix one anchor print with smaller sizes. Keep spacing consistent so the whole arrangement reads as one composition.

Small walls

Use smaller prints where the viewing distance is close, such as entryways, shelves, bedside walls, and narrow corners.
