Description: A richly detailed cedar tree is surrounded by studies of cones, leaves and seeds in this vintage botanical engraving, circa 1750, by J. J. or J. E. Haid after G. D. Ehret. Warm brown cones, evergreen branches and the original Latin caption make a classic natural history display for a study, woodland gallery wall or winter mantel.
